It’s a new month, and February brings a wave of new games to the Playstation Plus Store, the most exciting being Sleeping Dogs.

For those unfamiliar with the game, Sleeping Dogs is an open world crime action-adventure game steeped in the flavor of Asian action-thriller cinema. The player’s character, a cop named Wei Shen, must go undercover in a criminal organization to try to take it down from within. PS Plus account owners will be able to download the game today.

In addition to Sleeping Dogs, players can anticipate the puzzle game Quantum Conundrum for PS3, also released today.

Playstation Plus is also being extended to PS Vita owners and Wipeout 2048, a fun and simple futuristic racing game, will release on the 13th for the Vita.

“PS Plus is now available on PS Vita, extending the service to two platforms for a single price of £39.99 for a one-year subscription or £11.99 for a 90 day subscription will give users the same fantastic features including exclusive access, special features and huge discounts.”

Vita owners can also expect the super popular musical puzzle game Lumines Electric Symphony on February 20th.

Don’t have a Playstation Plus account for PS3? Well you’re in luck, because February 6th-20th the Playstation Store will also be offering 30% off the 90 day membership. With Sleeping Dogs and Wipeout 2048 up for grabs, it seems like a good month to start a membership if you haven’t already.

Let us know if this has persuaded you to buy a Plus membership, or if you have already got one, and what you think of the games on offer.
