Spiders Studio have released the first screenshots of their upcoming RPG Mars: War Logs – The Red Planet. The screenshots give a look at the places you’ll be visiting in the game, as well as some of the enemies you’ll encounter. The game is set in a distant cyberpunk future where multiple companies are fighting for the vital resource of water.
The player character is Roy Temperance who will develop over the course of the game, thanks to a variety of skills, perks and a crafting system. The game’s story can also be altered through dialogue choices and decisions which will “influence the destiny of the people Roy crosses paths with… and perhaps the fate of all colonies on Mars.”
Mars: War Logs will be released on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC in early 2013.
